  1. There shall exist in the Barony of Twin Moons an Award known as the Order de la Lune Bleue, which shall be given by the Baron and/or Baroness to those persons who render great service to their Barony. 
  2. The holder of this award shall be styled "Companion"and shall be entitles to place the initials CLB after their names. 
  3. The insignia of this order shall be "azure, on a pall buttressed inverted between two moons in their Plentitude argent, a moon in its compliment azure"
  4. The Crown of Atenveldt shall be the Protector of this order. 
  5. The baronial Coronet of Twin Moons shall be the Principal of this order. 
  6. The first person to receive this award if conformed as Premier of the order and is entitled to place the initials PCLB after their name. 
  7. Companions of this order shall be listed in the Kingdom Order of Precedence after the Principality Awards and before the Award of Arms. 
  8. Amendments to this Constitution shall be made by the Baron and/or Baroness of the Barony of Twin Moons, after due consultation with the Crown of Atenveldt.

In Anno Societatis L, during the Reign of Their Royal Majesties Morgan and Elizabeth, during the stewardship of Alystir and Greta, Baron and Baroness of Twin Moons, there was created an award known as the Commandeur de l'Ordre de la Lune Bleue.    Thomas Towlewardie was created Premier on July 18, 2015
  1. There shall exist in the Barony of Twin Moons an award known as theCommandeur de l'Ordre de la Lune Bleue, which shall be given by the Baron and/or Baroness to those persons who have through the years rendered great service to their Barony.
  2. The holders of this award shall be styled "Commandeur" and shall be entitled to place the initials "CoLB" after their names.   
  3. III.The insignia of this order shall be, "Azure, a pall buttressed inverted between two moons in their plentitude argent, a moon in its compliment azure." This medallion shall be displayed upon a ribbon of Red.   
  4. Only individuals who have previously been made Companions ofl'ordre de la Lune Bleue shall be eligible for this award.   
  5. Only two individuals shall be given this award per calendar year.   
  6. The Crown of Atenveldt shall be the Protector of this order.   
  7. The Baronial Coronet of Twin Moons shall be the Principal of this order.
