Charter In Anno Societatis Thirty-nine, during the Reign of Their Royal Majesties Craven and Ismenia during the stewardship of William and Dascha, Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt, there was created an award known as the Order of the Palm Leaf.  There shall exist in the Kingdom of Atenveldt an award known as the Order of the Palm Leaf, which may be given by the Baron and Baroness, to those who demonstrate a willingness to give ongoing service to the Barony of Atenveldt.    All recipients of this award must be paid members of the Society for Creative Anachronism at the time they receive the award.    This award may be given at any Baronial Event and an individual may receive only one Palm Leaf Award. The members of this Order shall be styled as Companions of the Palm Leaf and shall be entitled to place the initials PFBA after their names.      The insignia of the order shall be "argent, two palm trees, trunks crossed in saltire proper, and in chief a palm frond proper"; displayed upon a silver medallion dependant from a white ribband.    Companions of the Order shall take precedence with armigerous Barony of Atenveldt Awards.      The Protector of the Order shall be the King and the Principal of the Order shall be the Baron.    VIII.Amendments to this charter shall be made by Baron and Baroness after consultation with the Crown.      The membership in the Order of all previous recipients of this award is hereby confirmed.  By Our hands this 26th day of June, Anno Societatis XXXIX, being 2004 in the Common Era

Charter There shall exist in the Barony of Atenveldt an award, known as the Order of the Palm of Atenveldt, which will be given by the Baron and Baroness, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to those persons who have served the Barony faithfully, above and beyond that service normally expected of the subjects of the Barony. The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Palm of Atenveldt, and shall be entitled to place the initials C.P.B.A. after their names. The insignia of the Order shall consist of a silver medallion pendant presented on a red ribbon, whose design shall be: "Argent, two palm trees coupled, trunks crossed in saltire proper, and in chief a flame proper." Companions of the Order shall take precedence after Kingdom and Principality awards, but before Awards of Arms. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt, after due consultation with the Crown. The Premier of this Order shall be the first person to receive this award. Companionship of previous recipients of this award is hereby confirmed. The Principal of the Order shall be the Baron. The Protector of the Order shall be the King. July 15, 1995

Commander of the Palm of Atenveldt

Charter There shall exist in the Barony of Atenveldt an award, known as the Order of the Commanders of the Palm of Atenveldt, which will be given by the Baron and Baroness subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to those persons who have through the years given outstanding and faithful service, far above that normal expected of baronial subjects. The holders of this award shall be styled as Commanders of the Palm of Atenveldt, and shall be entitled to place the initials C.C.P.B.A. after their names. The insignia of the order shall consist of a copper medallion pendant presented on a red ribbon, whose design shall be: "Argent, two palm trees coupled, trunks crossed in saltire proper, and in chief a flame proper." Only individuals who have previously been inducted in to the Order of the Palm of Atenveldt as a Companion of that Order shall be eligible for this award. Only two individuals shall be inducted into this order per calendar year. The Premier of this Order shall be the first person to receive this Award. Members of the Order will take precedence after Kingdom and Principality awards, but before Companions of Baronial Orders. Amendments to this Constitution shall be made by the Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt after due consultation with the Crown. Membership of previous recipients of this award is hereby confirmed. Order of the Root of the Barony of Atenveldt

Charter In Anno Societatis thirty-nine, during the Reign of Their Royal Majesties Cravon and Ismenia during the stewardship of William and Dascha, Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt, there was created an award known as the Order of the Roots of Atenveldt. This is an amendment to the original charter for that award correcting some errors therein. These corrections have been agreed by the undersigned Their Royal Majesties Cravon and Mary Rose. It is further approved of by their Excellencies Rhys and Edine, Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt. There shall exist in the Kingdom of Atenveldt an award known, subject to approval by the College of Arms, as the Order of the Roots of Atenveldt, which may be given by the Baron and Baroness, to those who continually keep giving years and years of faithful service to the roots of the Dream and to the Barony of Atenveldt. II. All recipients of this award must be paid members of the Society for Creative Anachronism at the time they receive the award. All recipients od the award must have previously received the rank of Commander in one of the following Orders; the Palm, the Azure Chalice, the Purpure Clarion, the Sable Axe, or the Vert Glove. III. The award be given at any Baronial Event and an individual may receive only one Root of the Barony of Atenveldt award. IV. The members of the Order shall be styled as A Root of Atenveldt and shall be entitled to place RABA after their names. V. The insignia for this order shall be "Argent, two palm trees trunks crossed in saltire and in chief a stump gules"; upon a silver medallion dependant from a gold ribband. Champions of the Order shall take precedence directly before all other Barony of Atenveldt awards. The Protector of the Order shall be the King and the Principal of the Order shall be the Baron. Amendments to this charter shall be made by the Baron and Baroness after consultation with the Crown. The membership of the Order of all previous recipients of this award is hereby confirmed.

The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Purpure Clarion and shall be entitled to place the initials C.P.C. after their names. The Premier of this Order shall be the first person to receive this award. The insignia of the Order shall consist of a silver medallion pendant presented on a purple ribbon, whose design shall be: "Argent, two palm trees coupled, trunks crossed in saltire proper, and in chief a clarion purpure." Sisterhood of the Black Swan

Charter There shall exist in the Barony of Atenveldt an Order known as the Sisterhood of the Black Swan. Membership in the Order shall be extended to those female fighters who practice diligently the arts of war and who have defended the Barony of Atenveldt in wartime combat and who have been recommended by the current members of the Sisterhood.   Membership in the order shall carry neither arms nor precedence.   Members of the Order may wear a favor bearing a Black Swan  Amendments to this charter shall be made by the Baron and Baroness

The insignia of the Order shall consist of a silver medallion presented on a green ribbon, whose design shall be: "Argent, two palm trees coupled, trunks crossed in saltire proper, and in chief a sinister glove appaumy vert". Charter The Order of the Pearl of Youth is given by the Baron and Baroness, to those youths who have displayed excellence in the arts, combat, service or for their chivalrous and gracious behavior, being an example of the Dream for others.

Order of the Gules Hurlebatte

Charter In Anno Societatis XLIV, during the Reign of Their Royal Majesties Craven III and Elzbietta, during the stewardship of Otto and Lisabetta, Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt there was created an award known as The Order of the Gules Hurlbatte (formerly Order of the Red Hurlbatte).    There shall exist in the Barony of Atenveldt an award, known as the Order of the Red Hurlbatte, which will be given by the Baron and Baroness to those young people (persons age 17 and under) who have displayed excellence in the performance, promotion and teaching of the chivalrous art of youth combat.    The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Gules Hurlbatte and shall be entitled to place the initials C.G.H. after their names. The insignia of the Order shall be a medallion: "Argent, two palm trees couped, trunks crossed in saltire proper, and in chief a hurlbatte gules". The medallion shall be suspended from a white riband.    Companions of the Order shall take precedence after non-armigerous Principality orders.    Membership of previous recipients of this award is hereby confirmed.  The Protectors of the Order shall be the Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt and the Protectors of the Order shall be the Crown of Atenveldt. Amendments to this Constitution shall be made by the Baron and Baroness of Atenveldt after due consultation with the Crown.
