==Charter ==
In Anno Societatis Eleven, in the First Reign of Deaton and Care, there was created an award known as the Order of the Queen’s Grace.  On December 18, 1976 the Crown created the first companions of the Order. 
<ol style="list-style-type:upper-roman">
<li>There shall exist in the Kingdom of Atenveldt an award, known as the Order of the Companions of the Queen’s Grace, which may be given by the Queen to those persons whose conduct she feels best exemplifies the ideals of courtliness and gentility in the Current Middle Ages. 
<li>The members of the Order shall be styled as “In Grace with Her Majesty” in processional, and shall be entitled to place the initials C.Q.G. after their names. 
<li>The insignia of the order shall take the form of a cord of white and blue strands, to be worn on the left shoulder of the recipient. 
<li>Companions of the order shall take precedence after Grants of Arms but before Principality orders and the award may be conferred only once on a given individual. 
<li>Amendments to this charter shall be made by the Crown of Atenveldt. 
<li>The Principal of the order shall be the Queen, the Protector of the order shall be the King. 
<li>The membership in the order of all previous recipients of this award is hereby confirmed.
